Christopher is a co-founder and co-dreamer of Greater Works along with his wife Charity Brooke. He is a founder of The Missio-Dei, an intentional christian community in St. Petersburg, Florida. He currently resides in Dallas TX. where he is the proud associate pastor of Heritage Church Dallas, an inter-denominational followership trying their best to be the Good News and live in authentic community. His mission is to restore, illuminate and amplify inner peace in himself and others.

Derek Richard LaFargue is the President & CEO of Metro Insurace Inc. He resides in Northwest Arkansas. He is an entrepreneur friend and visionary. Derek has authored his first book and enjoys college football. He is proud Alumni of Oklahoma State where he played football in college. Derek's passion is to rally the business community for Greater Works.

Charity Brooke Dixon is a hopeful philanthropist and incurable optimist. She, with her husband Christopher, makes her home in Dallas Texas. She is traveler, writer and lover of life. Charity lives to appreciate, reflect and inspire simplicity. She currently serves as the Director of Operations for Greater Works. As our GW Community continues to grow, she is the one who keeps us well fed and on point. With a genuine smile and heartfelt energy, Charity champions the call of Greater Works- Literal Salvation.
